Chuck brings to the stage 43 years experience with close to 750 performances. Besides live performances, he has extensive recording and video experience. Inspired by The Rolling Stones and The Beatles in 1964 he formed his first group at 15 years old. An early highpoint was playing the New York State Pavillion of the Worlds Fair in 1965. At age 18 he started playing bars and clubs. While working with talent agencies in the late 60's, he toured the east coast doing 6 or 7 nighters. Although not successful, he did have a record out in 1969. In the 70's, he concentrated more on his original songs and also began his 30 year career for the USPS. He continued to perform in his original groups Dressed To Kill and Battlaxe through the years. This brings him to what he considers his best group ever...."231". Musically he has backed up Patti LaBelle, The Chiffons, The Exciters and the Ad-Libs. He has openned for such groups as The Vagrants, The Illusion, Tommy James, Twisted Sister, Booker T and the MG's, John Fred and the Playboys, Marshall Crenshaw and Rat Race Choir. One of his most memorable moments came in an Amityville club when he jammed on a few songs with Billy Joel. Some of the other venues include Palisades Park, Peppermint Lounge, Bitterend, The Bandshells at Forest Park and Central Park, WNEW-FM Wall St. Noontime concerts. He also played live radio shows for WVIA-PA and WFMU-NJ.
