A driving, steady rhythm section starts with the drummer. Bruce started playing drums in the mid 60's. Joined a southern rock band in the mid 70's and played clubs in Florida and Alabama. After a couple years he returned home to New York and played in rock bands there into the 80's. In 1986 he founded his own band "The Per Diehm Project". A bluesy rock ensemble playing clubs on Long Island. He is also a founding member of a classic rock cover band called " Zero Tolerance". They also played clubs on Long Island in the mid 90's through 2002. Joining the Woodstock NY based band " The Jamhogs" they played cover songs and originals and openned for Robert Randolph and the Family Band at The Chance Theater in Poughkeepsie NY. There they also did a live show called " Poughkeepsie Live" and a radio show on WDST in Woodstock NY which was broadcast over the interenet. Joining the band 231 in 2004 playing clubs on Long Island and getting to the 2nd round of the Good Times Long Island Music Festival. |
